If I enter a cart but assign it to someone else, who is the "Prepared by" and "Prepared for"?

When a cart is assigned, the person assigned becomes the "Prepared by". The person that started the cart, remains the "Prepared for".
The "Prepared by" is the requestor who is submitting the cart into workflow for someone else (the "Prepared for").
