You should not need to log in to a supplier’s site when punching out through B2P. This normally happens when your browser settings prevent 3rd party cookies. Please check your browser settings, enable 3rd party cookies, and try again.
We must wait 14 business days before Zelle transactions are returned by the bank. Returns can occur if an individual misses that initial Zelle registration step (via enroll.zellepay.com), an email address is incorrect, an individual's bank chooses not to accept the transaction. During the supplier registration process, individuals are prompted with a payment method preference. After signaling to Harvard AP that they'd like to be paid via Zelle, they must enroll once via enroll.zellepay.com.
