Processing Commencement Prizes and Awards Training Opportunity

Common technical troubleshooting in B2P

Harvard users and suppliers can experience technical issues related to internet browser security settings when using B2P.

Examples:

  • After clicking on a punchout a Harvard user is asked to "log-in" because the punchout does not register use information from B2P.
  • A page continually tries to load but never finishes.
  • A 500 or similar system error appears after clicking on a button or link.
  • Pages do not load correctly or show errors.

Update to B2P Open Commitment Report

The B2P Open Commitment Report has recently been updated to include ALL open purchase orders. It was brought to our attention that at some point the filters on the report had changed, and it was only showing partially invoiced purchase orders in the results. The intent of the report is to show all open purchase orders (no invoices, partially invoiced, fully, and over invoiced), so that administrators can determine if any action is needed.
