Supplier Portal related updates

Effective December 4th, the invitation email that is sent to Individuals to register in B2P and the supplier maintenance request form will be updated. These updates include general updates in the wording and a refresh of some content.

Additional security features for Suppliers when they login to B2P

Sharing for awareness -  As part of Jaggaer’s commitment to enhance account security and minimize fraud risk, Jaggaer will gradually implement Supplier Identity Management for suppliers. This initiative involves implementing more secure passwords and instituting two-step verification, also known as multi-factor authentication (MFA). This will be gradually rolled out by Jaggaer in the next 30 days.  This change affects Harvard Suppliers, no action required by Harvard users.  For more information, please click here to read Jaggaer’s email.

2023-2024 Winter Recess Schedule

Invoice Deadline

  • Invoices that must be paid in December 2023 (prior to winter recess) must reach AP Wednesday December 13th by 5PM
  • PR/NR-related invoices must be approved in B2P by December 13th.
  • Last payment run Friday December 22nd.
  • Invoices received after this time will be processed in January 2024
  • Reminder: PR-related invoices are automatically sent to AP
