Can I create a favorites list of catalog items and share it with others on my team?

Yes. Save your catalog item favorites (use the heart icon) in a personal folder to share.

Navigate to: User Profile > Administrative Tasks > Copy Personal Favorites > Search for Target User > Select the user you want to share with > Copy. The folder will show up in the target user’s favorites as a “Copied” folder.

Please note, this will share ALL of your personal favorite folders with the targeted individual. Also, favorites are not dynamic, and will not update if one person edits or deletes them. They must be managed on their own after being shared.
