Contract Management

Management of a contract is important throughout the life of that contract, from the initial draft through renewal, expiration, and termination. Effective and efficient contract management reduces risk and can save time and money. Inadequate contract management can result in an operational disruption, an unexpected expense, or a legal or reputational issue.
